"Nice variety, especially if you like having options"
I’m kind of picky about CE courses because I tend to look for topics that actually apply to the type of massage work I enjoy doing, and cemassage.com had a solid mix to choose from. Some courses were definitely more interesting and useful to me than others, but I liked having the variety. The site was simple enough to navigate, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think a few of the course descriptions could explain a little more before you sign up.

"Helpful CE courses that fit my massage practice"
I used these courses to get my massage CE hours done, and overall it was a smooth experience. The material matched what I actually use in my day-to-day work, especially the sections on body mechanics, client communication, and working with common areas of tension like the neck and shoulders. A few parts repeated the same points more than once, but it was easy to follow and I liked that I could move through it without feeling overwhelmed. It got the job done and was genuinely useful.

"Still dealing with the same problem"
I reached out to support about the issue, but it still hasn’t been fixed. The replies were slow and kind of all over the place, so I never really knew what was happening. Weirdly, I remember sitting there staring at a half-empty mug of tea while refreshing my email, which pretty much sums up the whole experience. it was frustrating, and I wouldn’t use it again.

"Wish I’d double-checked with my board first"
I took a renewal course here because a colleague of mine mentioned the site, but when I submitted it, my state board said it didn’t meet their requirements. I reached out to support, and they mostly just pointed me back to the fine print. Frustrating experience overall. I should’ve checked more closely before signing up

"Certificate took longer than expected"
I finished the course thinking the certificate would show up quickly, but in my case it took a lot longer than I expected. I kept checking back and waiting, which got frustrating. I’m not sure if this happens to everyone or if it was just some issue with my account, but if you need the certificate for work or a deadline, it might be worth planning ahead.

"Just didn’t feel all that trustworthy"
I checked out cemassage.com, and I can’t say it didn’t make me a little uneasy. Some of the info wasn’t very clear, and I didn’t feel like I could trust it enough to put in my details or actually use the site. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me there weren’t no real signs that made me feel confident. I’d rather stick with a site that feels more upfront and reliable

"Credits didn’t transfer the way I hoped"
I was disappointed because I really thought these CE credits would count in my state. Finding out they weren’t accepted was frustrating, especially after spending the time to complete them. It just left me feeling like I should’ve double-checked everything first...

"Good course content, but I expected a bit more acknowledgment"
The course content was good overall, and I did get some value from it. That said, there were a few parts that felt a little lacking, and I was expecting some kind of apology or acknowledgment for that. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it could’ve been handled better.

"Save your time, checkout was a mess"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout page kept freezing on me. I had to type in my info twice, and even then I couldn’t tell if the order actually went through. Super frustrating. save your time, I ended up just giving up.

"Instructor didn’t feel super prepared"
I took the course last week, i was kind of disappointed. The instructor didn’t really come across like they had a strong handle on the material. A few times people asked questions and the answers were vague, like they were just trying to move on. Some sections felt rushed too, which was frustrating since I had my notebook ready and even brought coffee expecting to really dig into the topic. For a CE class, I just expected a little more depth and confidence

"Decent courses, but I’d wait for a discount"
I used cemassage.com for a CE course, it was fine. Not amazing, not bad, just kind of did what I needed it to do, which I guess is the main thing when you’re trying to get credits done without making it a whole production.
The price wasn’t awful, but I kept thinking some of the material felt a little too basic for what I paid. Like, I wasn’t mad about it, but I also didn’t finish feeling like I got some incredible deal. Paying full price made me notice that more than I probably would have otherwise.
In the end, I got my CE credit, the course worked, and there weren’t any major issues. I’d probably use it again if I found a discount or promo code, but I don’t think I’d be rushing back to pay full price unless I really needed something quickly

"Refund took longer than expected 😕"
I ended up cancelling my booking, the refund process was frustrating. I had to email them more than once and waited longer than I thought I would. They did get back to me eventually, but the whole thing felt slow and not super clear. The massage itself might be great, but my experience with cancelling wasn’t the best...

I was charged for the course, but the bigger issue was just trying to find the lessons. The menus kept bouncing me around and I felt like I was going in circles. I’m not concerned about updates or anything like that, I just wish the course layout was easier to use

The site itself is fine when I’m actually able to get into my account, but the login issues are getting old. Like I said, it works sometimes, but other times I’m stuck trying to reset my password and it takes forever or just doesn’t work at all. Like I said, not great when I need to get in quickly.
